Ukrainian security experts have decided to join efforts to create a powerful center that should help the government assess, forecast risks and overcome them.
These developments were presented during the Roundtable “A New Stage of the War with Russia: In Search of Security Guarantees for Ukraine. Internal Resilience Plan,” organized by the Consortium for Defence Information together with the Ukraine Crisis Media Center.
The experts presented the concept of their Victory Plan and discussed key components of increasing the country’s resilience in the war imposed on it by Russia, including issues of strategy, the defense-industrial complex, countering information threats, and the social component. The experts also shared their vision of how the situation will develop in 2025.
