Russia’s provocations

Russia has realized that they will not be able to continue the war in Ukraine without further mobilization. But Putin does not have legal grounds to announce this mobilization. After all, the Kremlin calls the war against Ukraine a “special military operation”. To force Russians to join the armed forces, Russia’s leadership paints an illusion of threats against the Russian Federation. Russia’s Forces shoot their own citizens to blame the Ukrainian Armed Forces and conduct “false flag” operations to attempt to justify expansion of their war efforts. This will be deadly for Ukrainians and Russians alike. Putin must be stopped.
