NGRN participated in the First Annual CS² DAY Cyber Security Forum

Pavlo Kryvenko, Head of AI and Cyber Security Section, took part in an event dedicated to discussing urgent issues in the field of cyber security in Ukraine.

The event, where leaders of IS teams of companies and government agencies, security experts, and representatives of Crowdstrike spoke about the latest means of combating modern cyber threats, as well as revealed the cases of successful implementation and use of Crowdstrike solutions by both Ukrainian and global companies, took place on September 24, 2021 in PMHUB EVENT SPACE (Kyiv, 5 Ioanna Pavla II Street).

The topics covered at the conference were useful for both private business and government agencies, namely: CISO directors and specialized specialists of IS departments who want to find the best solutions to effectively respond to and address pressing security issues, CIOs and CTOs, who are interested in the main trends in the industry on a specialized communication platform, owners and CEOs of companies interested in current information security risks, in time to prepare their companies for cyber challenges.

Deputy Head of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine Viktor Zhora shared information about Cybercenter UA30 which protects the state from cyberattacks.

Chief Inspector of the National Security Coordination Center under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksandr Halushchenko shared information about the platform for exchanging compromise indicators between critical information infrastructure facilities and public authorities. The obtained data dramatically increase the level of awareness of technical specialists of public authorities.

He has been working as a Head of the Information and Cyber Security Section, Coordinator of the Artificial Intelligence Platform at the Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Studies (Kyiv, Ukraine). Pavlo is the Founder of GODDL company.

He has worked as a member of the delegation of the Communication Administration of Ukraine at the World Radiocommunication Conference (Geneva, Switzerland), as a Cyber Security Consultant at the Bar Association Defendo Capital (Kyiv, Ukraine).

Pavlo has collaborated with the National Communications and Informatization Regulatory Commission and the Ukrainian State Radio Frequency Center for International Frequency Coordination.

He studied at the Institute of International Relations of the Kyiv International University (Ukraine), the Joint Frequency Management Center of the US European Command, the LS telcom AG Training Center (Grafenwöhr, Germany), the UN International Peacekeeping and Security Center (Kyiv, Ukraine).
